Hi,
I am new to the forum old Alembic owner I had a quilted maple top Europa and had to sell it a long time ago to pay for college. Anyways I almost ordered my Alembic custom last year I always wanted a black Europa like Jason Newsted's with the standard electronics because I cant afford the Series two I think it was that he had his bass upgrade to in 91.
Anyways to continue with my special request I noticed there is no special for August yet or maybe I am missing something but can I request that its 30% off any custom order or maybe even just 20% or even 15%. If it is I will call Washington music and leave my deposit on my Newsted Custom Europa today at Washington music, if not never fear I will order it but I will have to wait a month or two.
Once again you guys at Alembic are great and keep up the good work thanks.

I hope to be leaving my deposit in the morning tomorow. Thanks to Alembic for the quick reply to my E-mail and forwarding the specs to Washington music. I will keep you guys updated. I am anal about the smallest details and making sure they are correct before placing my order I am sure I am in good hands.

Actually I feel like a dummy I requested specs for a Europa but its actually a 5 string Elan with gold hardware that I wanted made, just an FYI getting the revised specs, in case you guys are wondering its the Elan pictured with Jason in the artist Alembics section of this forum.

Special thanks to Susan for putting up with my lack of doing homework and sending her uneeded E-mails because I dont read everything. Looks like I will be leaving my deposit on the bass and of course had to call every dealer in the country to make sure I had the lowest price. By the way in case you are reading this Susan I just sent a pic to confirm the pickup configuration just to make a 110% sure that the order is perfect.
