Long scale strings

I’ve been looking around for cheap, medium scale round wounds, but there aren’t any stores that sell them near me, anybody know if I could possible get away with putting long scale roundwounds on my 32” spoiler, and if so, what brand to get? Thanks!

The trick to installing long scale strings on a medium scale bass is to wind them V-E-R-Y S-L-O-W-L-Y when installing, especially once the primary winding reaches the post, and especially the E and A strings.
