Talk About Rock ‘n Roll!
« on: September 22, 2025, 08:16:01 AM »
Senior Management and I were rudely awakened last night at 2:56 a.m. by a 4.8 earthquake centered just under our bedroom!  Biggest quake I’ve felt since the ‘89 quake that hit during the World Series.  Noticed this, this morning.

At least they're still on the wall (and you still have walls........)
Much glad it wasn't worse.

My wife and I got woken up here in Oakland by this one, I guessed that it was at least a 4.0 and was pretty close, 4.3. Still much weaker than the 89 quake but we did get a good jolt. A few small things fell off my wife’s desk at home and a few books fell from the library shelves at the school she teaches at in Moraga. I try to keep my instruments in cases when I am not playing them since we live in an earthquake zone. Series II resides in a road case.

Glad you, Stephen and loved ones are ok.

The pictures akimbo is sorta avant-garde.

That's a substantial shake. I'm glad everyone is okay. Great poster collection.

Shake rattle and roll
The cats woke up for a stroll
Awake for the Dead they all got fed
As I shook the ground with my solo

I had to use blu-tac on my frames here at home.  Excessive sub-woofer use!
Where are we going...and why am I in this Handbasket?
