Just spotted this. I don’t recall ever seeing a birds eye maple bass tinted like this. Looks pretty smart with the neck tinted too. The listing says tinted black.

It's a cool looking bass indeed.  Nice features as well.   Shop is very reputable and have bought many high-end basses from them in the past.

I almost pulled the trigger on this, until the Series II showed up... lol

Doesn’t really look like a black tint but it is beautiful. I am not generally a fan of birds-eye maple and prefer darker wood bodies so this works for me, this maple is particularly interesting and the tint looks great including on the neck. Whoever ordered this put together some really nice choices including the purple LEDs. Someone is going to be very happy to have this...
