Mica asked that I let you know what's happening at Alembic.
- Internet services have been down since Friday night and won't be restored until Thursday.
- This impacts phone service, email, and shipping.
- They are working on getting email restored, hopefully today.
- While shipping has been delayed, they are packing orders.
So, if you've been unable to contact Alembic over the last few days, or are waiting on a tracking number, this would appear to be the cause. I'm guessing that they will have a week's worth of backlog to get through once this has been resolved.
