Big Chicken beer from Henhouse Brewing.  It's a small brewery that employs our drummer.

This sounds very much like an event that I would have posted about playing at, from nearby Franklin County.  ;D

True story; a high school prank many, many years ago... Homecoming game night, a bunch of chickens in coicidentally the school colors of our rival county high school, (red and black) were released in building hallways during the game. Like most pranks, they really didn't think this one through... like eventually someone might count their chickens and come up a dozen short. Justice was swift and harsh. It was funny while it lasted.

Y'all have a good show Bill TGO.  ;D

Are there lots of bands covering the Grateful Dead Tribute bands in the states generally or. are most centered around California?
I have only seen one over here which our member Jacko from Scotland used to be a part of.

Well... Seattle is on the Left Coast along with California, is that "centered around" California?

@moonliner occasionally performs with Golden Road (yes, playing that awesome Alemicized Starfire), I've seen them at Nectar Lounge a few times.

There are other bands/artists around the Puget Sound area that are at least Grateful Dead cover bands (not really "tribute"). And I have to admit that even though I'm not playing in overtly Grateful Dead bands, I take some inspiration from Phil in a lot of what I play.

Jazzy... there are literally hundreds of Dead cover/tribute bands all across the US. I doubt that this list is complete but you can get an idea..
