My first Alembic (well, sort of...)

Not my VERY first alembic product (I owned an F-1X and an IN-2 in the past) but my very first "Alembicized" instrument:

Hmmm... needs a few more knobs and switches?  ;D

Nice acquisition, Matteo. I'm asking with particular interest; will you use this with guitar or bass? I've been thinking for a while about adding a Blaster circuit to a passive bass I have thar suffers from somewhat low output. It works fine if I preamp it, but the little tube preamp tends to 'color' it's tone in a way that I'd rather avoid. A clean boost would totally fix the condition.

Hi,

I'm using it as originally intended, to boost a nice 70th Anniversary Vintera II Antigua Stratocaster hardtail I bought last year. I always wanted a black plate Blaster to match those seventies Strats!

Oooh, this sounds like a nice guitar! I like a hardtail Strat.  8)  Post a couple pictures when you get it Alembic-ized?
