I just flew back from Tokyo and got the tsunami warning as we were taking an Uber back home. Needless to say I was very confused… It has been cancelled fortunately!

Epicenter was 100+ miles off the coast, nearest town Ferndale CA, where the Humboldt County sheriff reports that the damage was limited to a few things falling off of shelves. Tsunami warning came and went within an hour.

Didn't feel it at all here. But all the phone alerts were working well!
