Hi club members

To celebrate bringing in a new Series II bass, I took a photo of all my current Alembics together.

Rogue, Series I, Series II, Series II, Europa

The '77 Series II and the '93 Europa are currently for sale and can be found on Reverb.

Beautiful basses, congrats!

Tim, looks like the pickup selector on the 77 was moved down to where the other controls are.

I have a series I similar to your burl maple bass, although my burl is not as dramatic and mine does not have chrome plated hardware.

Thanks, everybody :)

I know your bass jazzyvee!
I saw it on your YouTube video before.
Actually, I was looking for series bass like yours. Europa-shaped and wide string spacing.
However, putting aside the string spacing, I bought the bass I have now because I knew that the Europa-shaped series bass itself is very rare.
I like the bass I use now, but if I get the chance, I would definitely like to own a wider one, even if it means selling my current bass. It still interests me.

All the usual: stunning, beautiful etc.
I agree on the string spacing, it was a bit awkward for me and IIrc it's extremely heavy.

I did try to take it home, but Pierre-Yves was on to me :-)

It is heavy.
But I don't feel it's much heavier compared to others.
The Rogue with signature electronics I have is the lightest Alembic I ever used.
