I can attest that a 10 is a blast to play. Though mine is not a series, but it does have 3 pickups.

Jason's curated some awfully nice guitars... they had me at 1937 National Tricone, but he has the (almost) matching mandolin too. Get on man.

I'm glad he didn't list that 10 string 6 years ago, I wouldn't have gotten the Europa 5 in that case... :-)

A bit confusing in the listing: The Anniversary that's listed is not the one he shows in the vid, in the vid is #6 the listing is #20...

And he PP 3/4 Spoiler bodied Distillate is a shopnight bass (not official Alembic) made by Michael Whittington (his name is also on the case)

Holy thread resurrection :-)

I was looking at the feedback on the Newsted Reverb page, a review was given for the 10 string by Rex B.

So I'm currently heavily thinking Rex Brown (from Pantera) got it :-)

Makes sense, since it was sold before the auction opened. Also the feedback given suggest it was someone who personally knows Newsted:
