Wishing a great Thanksgiving to all my Alembic brethren. Senior management and I will once again enjoy our Thanksgiving tradition of watching all three Godfathers while enjoying chicken pesto lasagna, kasha varnishkes, (like my grandma used to make), mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, and chocolate babka for dessert (all hand-made by little old me)! … and, of course, avoiding the scale tomorrow!
