A loss beyond reckoning; farewell, Anna Mae Bullock; we have loved you, and you will be sorely missed.

Hope your passing found her surrounded by love.  Best wishes to her family and friends.

I saw her live once, Summerfest in Milwaukee, on one of the small stages.  Pretty sure we were still in high school, my goodness!!!  Her legs really were something, coupled with her energy, her voice and aura… my goodness…

Thank you Tina.  ♥️

The living embodiment of 'Success is the Best Revenge'. Tina was one of those rare people that though not the best singer, she was one of the best performers that utterly owned a stage and the crowd in front of her, no matter how big: She played once in Rio in the 80's to 180,000 people. One-hundred and eighty thousand people. Think about that.

My favorite record of hers was 'Break Every Rule' from the 80's with the hit 'Typical Male'. It became one of those CD's I'd play along with from start to finish as it covered a lot of ground stylistically. She had several guests on it, including this favorite of mine, 'Overnight Sensation', obviously driven by the presence of Mark Knopfler.

I shall miss her dearly.

Saw the breaking news text on my phone earlier today.  Her life story has long been inspirational for me.
