Open Mike In Alpharetta ,Ga
« on: March 30, 2023, 06:14:34 PM »
I play regularly on a variety of instruments at the regular Open Mike at a local Cofee house .

The club is owned by an extremely cool and supportive retired stuntwoman, Sophia Crawford.
Bill Hart runs the Open Mike , he was the head of the Guitar dept . at the Atlanta Institute of Music for 20 years and is a touring artist.

It's a small Cafe' and a very friendly crowd.  Please join in the fun if you're in the area , we had a performer from Australia last night!

Every Wednesday 7:30-10

Ground &Pound Cafe'
8420 Holcombe Bridge Rd. Ste 200
Alpharetta, Ga

After a month of  running the sound and supplying instruments , I just got handed the Host role for Open Mike on a permanent basis .

If your in , or passing through the Atlanta area on a Wednesday night, drop in it's always a good time.

Congratulations- that sounds like a promotion.  Sorry the commute is a stretch for me.

Just an invitation , I volunteer doing the gig. My sole interest is in helping musicians find a place to hone their craft.
After 40 years as a Luthier, it was time to shake off the sawdust and get more involved in the community.
