I learned a long time ago that everything needs to be blast-proof, the worst will happen, and weird stuff happens all the time, and the Number One on today's question: Dopey cables will bite you in the a*s EVERY TIME at the worst possible minute. This is one of those things that if the biggest touring sound companies or pro recording studios don't use them . . . . there must be a reason they're not betting on them to do a 50,000 seat show, or a JT's next master recording sessions. Good enough for me.
So since I don't solder, it's either Mogami or stuff from my friend Butch at Bayou Cables. That George L stuff, just like every other cheap cable, gives me the willies.
