lbpesq in the news
« on: December 20, 2022, 09:43:19 AM »
Having morning tea, checking email etc. moved on to SFGate for news about the big earthquake in northern CA. Big front page article today about whether it is safe to fly out of SFO with cannabis, lots of quotes from our very own "in-house" cannabis attorney Bill, tgo.

On the topic of Bill quotes:

A little while ago I was cleaning off my desk & found a Post-It on which I had scrawled "Disorganized Crime:  Smugglers' Daughter"; this is a podcast Bill recommended during one of his stops at our place in '20.  The titular progeny interviews her parents on their past career in the cannabis business in the '70s & '80s (though so far they seem to be wholesale distribution rather than actual import).  She also interviews one of their attorneys; at least one episode contains a number of snippets of our own Guitar One (and it's a fun listen even when he's not on mic).

Peter (who is obviously less than fanatic about cleaning off his desk........)
