CME just bought a 120-piece collection that includes not only a Further with a "Wolf" medallion, and a Tribute with a medallion very close to FCOTM "Althea"a" (and thus not too far off "Rosebud"), but also an Ibanez Bob Weir "Cowboy Fancy".

My rhythm guitarist bought the Cowboy. Of course, it was right before we had three weeks off so I don't get to see it until next weekend. Recently, he'd been playing my 1977 2680 BW model which I modified with a homebuilt two band preamp and a Bartolini in the middle position. It's an excellent guitar for that tone as well.

Barry Erde, the rhythm guitarist that I play with in Cryptical has one of the 2016 run Cowboy Fancy guitars. Besides being beautiful is my favorite sounding of the guitars he uses. This one looks like it sold for a reasonable price, maybe not too much more than new... good deal.
