We generally ship all basses and preamps by UPS. If you place the order through our web store the UPS charges will be calculated for you. You need to select UPS Worldwide Service when using our online store. We accept all major credit cards.

For small parts we use Airmail, and these rates are not automatically calculated from the store. you can get rates for Airmail from www.usps.gov

Would buying through an authorized reseller be of advantage even for buying items from the web store?

I remember, when I bought my bass (and there was no web store then) I was encouraged to do so since the reseller could be negotiated to grant a discount whilst buying directly from the factory would call for the full retail price. Has that changed in any way? How does that apply to web store items?

That's still correct, Hartmut. Perhaps I didn't exactly understand the question. Typical street price from a dealer is about 15% off the published retail price.

The web store is operated the same way. Items that are listed for sale are at the published retail price. You can buy them right off the website for that price. You can also contact an authorized dealer and buy any bass listed on our website through them.
