I need to sell a recent (2019) mint-condition medium-scale custom Alembic Spoiler.

Features:

* Black Alembic-branded Gotoh tuners
* Two AXY pickups
* Adjustable brass nut
* Ruthenium-plated nut, truss rod cover, bridge and tailpiece
* Upgraded with Signature electronics (volume, pan, 2 x filter, 2 x Q-switch)
* Autographed by Ron Wickersham on the underside of the truss rod cover
* One of only very few black Spoilers in existence NEVER to have been played by Jason Newsted!

As indicated above, the bass is in absolutely mint condition, and comes with the original as-new G&G fitted hard case, Alembic build sheet, and all original case candy.  My asking price is $5,000 plus shipping, which is less than I paid, but ALL reasonable offers will be considered, as the instrument MUST be sold.  The payment method, shipping method, and shipping cost are all very negotiable.  I'm particularly hoping that this instrument will be of interest to someone in the Alembic community.  All requests for additional information and/or photos are welcome.

This bass is ridiculously priced below market given the prices I have seen 30+ year old Spoilers going for. For a bass that's only 3-years of age at this price I am at a loss at to why it hasn't sold. J.N. where are you?

If you thought the price was ridiculous before...I'm now asking $4,200/OBO (plus shipping), as the bass must be sold.  So J.N., join the party!
