R.I.P. Sam Chapman
« on: October 23, 2022, 05:11:36 AM »
Just got word through the night that Sam Chapman passed away in Jacksonville, Florida. He'll be remembered on here as Bracheen. At one time he was a very active member but illness forced him away. We became pretty close on here and I met up with him a couple of times when he visited Scotland. He's been in full time care for a couple of years but His wife Debbie is close with my better half so we've been kept up to date with his condition.  Sadly, he suffered a massive heart attack 2 nights ago and passed last night. My thoughts are with Debbie and his family.

May the four winds blow you safely home.

Thanks for letting us know, Graeme; I had wondered about him.  That sucks.

Thanks for letting us know.  I've been re-reading some of his old posts; brings a smile and warms the heart.
