No description.  Pickups have been replaced.  No telling if other mods made to original electronics.

Yes; Alembic likes to use a plate to mount their blade switches, and this guitar doesn't have one.

Looks like someone wanted to turn it into Jerry Garcia's Tiger. I'm sure a lot of mods were made to the electronics.
