They sent me pictures.    It looks like an earlier 75 with the single screw pickups.    Walnut or maybe Koa top, with the neck being mostly Walnut.

Nice bass, but I was hoping for THE Zebrawood.

I saw that one and was wondering about it. The Hollywood GC is the only one I never deal with though. Glad you put the pics on here. Very pretty. One of the switches looks newer.

I wonder if someone bought it and since they didn't have the power supply maybe thought one pickup was not working. I reappeared too fast to have been shipped out anywhere.

When I spoke with Guitar Center yesterday they were explaining to me that they were having lots of trouble with their 'system' and were having problems uploading pictures.    Since I was interested in it, he just sent them to my email address.    I suspect that it never sold and they removed it and re-added it to attach pictures.   Just a guess.

That one is really nice, and not modified except for the q switch that has been replaced.    It still has all of it's 1975 charm.   hopefully this bass will continue on unmodified.    A bass in this shape is a treasure in my opinion.

GC told me yesterday that this bass has been sold, but it is still posted on their website, so who knows.

…well, two now, it appears the 75 is now a dead link (no pun intended…maybe) :)
