I've owned this "weird" bass for over a month now and I can't put it down. I find myself playing in the same position on other basses I have been playing for years. It just feels right. I took it to band practice because that's the real test of any bass, and it cut right through effortlessly. Nice growl and midrange bark.
I embrace it's weirdness now and I've only ever named one bass before, but for some reason this one wants to be called Young Frankenstein.
