Best of luck finding your dream bass. The string spacing you prefer is a bit difficult to find in Alembics, as they are usually built with edge-to-edge spacing (not center-to-center). This is roughly 18 mm center-to-center on the lowest strings, and roughly 16 mm on the highest strings. But they will build with any spacing that the client prefers, so you may just be in luck ...
