Signature volume, pan, battery clip and jack
« on: February 12, 2022, 12:20:49 PM »
I have this loom left over from upgrading my SC signature deluxe bass to Anniversary electronics.  It does not include the filters or Q switches. I have no idea what the price of these would be so open to sensible offers.[/size]May be useful to someone as parts for a rebuild/restoration project.

Can this be rebuilt to include both Q switches and both filters?

Thank you,

Bryant

Those looms are solderless so if you speak to mica you may be able to purchase the filter and Q switch part of the circuit. I just unplugged this from my bass and plugged in the two volume loom from Mica. But since i am in the UK you would need to consider that my parts shipped may not be economical. I still don’t know how to price these looms i have.

Hi JazzyVee,

$125 plus shipping? That's basically $50 USD a pot (used) plus the battery clip and jack. Seems like I might be paying too much....but think about it and let me know.

Thank you,

Bryant

Just for reference I asked Mica to quote a similar Volume, blend module and output jack because Jazzy and I didn't know how much a replacement would be. I was quoted $595 list.

The new ones have an additional buffer amp for the pan control for a full comparison.

At $595 I am halfway to just buying a complete Activator set.....which I am an inch away from doing because it seems that all roads lead back to the Mothership.

Mica, when will you have AXY 4 Activators available? (Curious about Brown Bass electronics, too). You can email me if you'd prefer (cocobass@gmail.com).

Thanks!

These are generally built to order, since there are so many custom requests. Delivery is 3-5 weeks depending on options usually. I'll take this to email...
