Very custom for the time - would usually have a cone peghead, very few custom Epics from back then. The top laminate does appear to have popped open along the middle seam, but that can be repaired.

Geez I really wanted a short scale with the filter preamp, but maybe I should just make an offer on this one

Geographically, not too far away from us either Slam. If you can get them to do any better price-wise to cover the top seam repair and you can live with the long-scale, you can add a filter to that circuit. It's tight, but do-able. Or just run an outboard filter.


Epics balance nice.


So we got a 6/29 and a 6/30 here, both in Va.? Too funny.  ;D
