Cool! That does look like the boxes we used back then. The unit is not from 1970 since the back panel reads "Santa Rosa" and we moved there in February 1979.
Surely the foam has powdered out that insulates the large capacitors - if anyone here gets this unit would be good to have the lid off and the caps protected during shipment. you can replace the foam yourself if the seller can't - but you don't want them vibrating off their leads in transit.
