Susan, Please Get Back to Me Regarding My Order

I have ordered a left handed double dragon bass and I have paid the full balance.

On 24th of July Susan sent me photo of the bass and told me that the bass is almost completed.

However, Susan hasn't replied any of my emails since that time. It's almost 2 months.

Can anybody at Alembic get back to me regarding my order?

Hi Jianglin; I will pass your message on to the shop.  I don't know the day to day activities at the shop, but some non-business issues may have slowed things up at the shop recently.  And in a small business like Alembic an absence by any one craftsperson can slow things up a bit.

I have sent many emails to Susan and Mica but I never heard anything back. Susan's last email was on 24th of July, telling me that she's going to get back to me regarding shipping.....

Have you tried calling instead of emailing? Phone calls are generally answered between about 11 AM and 4 PM PST.

I tried calling several times but it always went into voicemail....

Hi Mica, I haven't received any of your emails since 24th of July. I just received one email from Susan and I just replied.

Yes, I called again earlier today and fortunately this call went through.

I hope this is all just a misunderstanding.

Somehow I read this as "Susan, Please Get Back to Me Regarding My Oboe!" I need new glasses.
