WTB: SC spec short scale Series I or II fretless
« on: July 20, 2021, 12:04:45 PM »
Since I am really enjoying my SII short scale I was starting to lust for a fretless companion for her. 1.5” nut width required. I have been considering going the de-fret route if the right bass would present itself.

Are there any wood choices that compliment the fretless tone more favorably?

Appreciate any pointers.
Cheers,
Oliver

Thank you, and yes, I tried to buy this bass as soon as it was posted.
Alas, I am still without a fretless shorty.  :'(
