Kid in candy store
« on: July 16, 2021, 12:21:30 PM »
Been playing for 35 years or so - Fenders, Spectors, Guilds, Kramers, etc...   Since I was a kid watching Live Aid and being the huge Entwistle fan, my grail has always been the Alembic Spyder. A few months ago, I found a Spoiler Exploiter - my first Alembic. I loved it but when a rare Spyder surfaced, I was able to work a trade+. Well, it arrived yesterday and is nothing short of freakin awesome. Thought the spoiler playability was great, and it was/is, the Spyder is in another universe.

Mica, thank you so much for calling yesterday to welcome me to the Alembic family. Nice touch! I promise you, this will not be the last - Fodera budget being moved to Alembic now  8)

Now, I can channel my inner Entwistle. I am thankful everyday that I had the opportunity to meet and hang with him a few times. What a cool and humble rock god...

I present 40/50...

Great Spyder Buzz!
Optically the closest to Johns V-head Spyder!

Have fun
