Gutshot
« on: February 28, 2021, 12:25:51 PM »
On the other end of the cycle from Stephanie's wonderful news, Thursday is my baby brother's funeral.  He died Friday, age 62.

It has not been a good 6 months........

So very sorry to hear of your loss, CC.  A tough year made tougher still.

I've lost my whole family save for my sister, and a wife.  It's so very hard and so very final.  Through my experiences I can only offer this:

IF it was up to me, they'd still be here.  Unfortunately it wasn't up to me, so I have to live in Faith that this is all working to a plan I will never know, and they are now in a wonderful place and would insist we carry on, until it is out time to meet them again.

All the Best,

JW

So sorry for your loss.
I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.

So sorry to hear this Peter... words fail.

My mother-in-law passed away the first week of October and she was just one of the losses in our extended family over the last 8 months or so. Sending strength to your family in this difficult time.
