Maybe MC Esher used it?

hehehehe

Actually, never heard of it.  Looks like it’s a thin oil that doesn’t degrade and is used for watches.  What do you want to use it for?

I thought it could be used for some wonky tuners on a non-Alembic instrument that some of us, myself included, might have.

I use plain old 3-in-1 oil for open tuners.   Squirt a little into the gears, then take one of those hand crank winder tools and wind back and forth a few dozen times.

Didn't the Grateful Dead use this product?  You know..."just like a Swiss watch!"
The only thing that stays the same is change.

I had just one very tight tuner on the Rogue despite the others were turning like butter on this second hand Rogue that I bought, after some time I figured someone had tighten real hard that screw at button on the gripping tuner and was just a matter of losening it a little...

That's the only oil I'll use when my Moebius gets squeaky.
