I would say that is at least inappropriate use of the Alembic Logo.
The sound of Alembic is medicine for the soul!

Definitely seems inappropriate to use the Alembic logo but at least the seller is quite clear that it is not an Alembic product. "Madcreations, UnLTD is not affiliated in any way with the Legendary Alembic of Santa Rosa, CA"

Feels like the logo was done out of respect.  Like the guy who made it for his pedalboard was proud of the axe he was playing.  The disclaimer proves he's not trying to fool anybody so we can think of it more like good publicity.   :D
Looks like a nice build too!

However there is no Alembic in Santa Rosa anymore as they moved to Rohnert Park.

Not sure if this is a one-off or the seller is actually manufacturing these.  If the latter, it is infringement.   The former may be infringement too, but if it is a one-off, common sense may suggest no harm, no foul.

Looking at the logo again it appears to be one of the Darkness Logo stickers sold by Alembic and there for decoration, the seller is clear it is a custom box he made. Buying a pack of logo stickers, putting them on something you made and trying to sell it as an Alembic product would be definitely be infringement as would making your own logo stickers and selling them. This seems pretty harmless and whoever buys it will be an Alembic player who will probably be happy to not have to add his own sticker  :)
