Classico on Reverb
« on: October 23, 2020, 12:30:37 AM »
It is showing a 14% price drop

The kind of bass I'd love to do a straight swap for. Coco bolo is a great looking wood.

That really is a magnificent instrument.

There is (or was) a maple/mahogany Classico very similar to yours, Jazzy,  just a short drive from me. I just knew if I played it I was going to want it.

I have learned to never say never. I've also learned to not tempt myself.  ;D

I think you're right, Jonathon; my first thought was "Isn't that Jeff's (flaxattack's) Classico?"

I believe that it was Austin that had this built.

Now that you say that, I must concur; you have jogged my sole remaining synapse into changing its picture of Jeff's the maple.
And, as I have nothing to do except sit in my wheelchair (no rehab on Sunday), I started at the oldest FTC page and went through until I found it; I believe it is, indeed, Austin's.

And in the process, I was inspired to posit a query to our lovely hostess:  Mica, is there any chance of a thread that is just finished pix of all of Adam's customs?
