PJ / 4-string ain't my thing, but i find the smaller body on that persuader strangely attractive.

That elan 5 is superb. Looks like it has had the area around the jack repaired at some point. Something that we have seen on a number of elans over the years. Maybe players using straight jacks that have pulled and put a lot of stress on the jack and surrounding wood.

well that was quick.  the persuader and the 4-string elan are gone.  looks like they were priced to sell, and sell they did.

that 5-string elan in italy keeps calling my name.  problem is i already have a maple-bodied-shoulder-buster, but the top on that thing is haunting my dreams.
