A friend has one of these and it sounds fantastic. On the other hand, I found playing it ergonomically challenging because of the body shape. The neck reminded me more of an acoustic guitar neck particularly access to the upper register. Unique and well made instrument but IMO one that really needs to be played before plunking down money to buy.
