So last night [victoriaofderby] tells me there's apparently a follow-up on the life of retired Starfleet Capt. Picard on CBS... that was the most interesting thing I'd of heard in a while, having been quite the fan of the tv show back in the day. She went on to say I had to stream it or something. Oh, well... there's always reruns. ::)

Jeff Lowe, one of the many bad guys in Tiger King, claims they are currently filming an additional episode that will air next week.  On the other hand, after watching the series, I would take anything Mr. Lowe says with a large grain of salt.

Why?
I mean, when your show already has tigers, lions, murder, a gay throuple, mullets, a one-armed lesbian, alligator arson, pizza made with expired MallWart meat, a zoo-based sex cult (or two), the Queen Of Crazy Cat Ladies, and country songs about the confluence of tigers and gay love - what could you possibly add?!?!?

Know what's aggravating me?  We have, in the past, watched not only Dr. Who, (well, I watched it; She's not a fan) but also Justified and In Plain Sight on Prime, for free.  Now they want $1.99 per episode for all of them!  WTF, over?

...

Peter (who will point out that, while he has both NetFlix & Prime, he does not have HBO, Showtime, or any such premium cable channels)
I dvr'd the last season of Dr Who. It was on BBC America channel for 12 or 13? weeks.
I love it, my partner not so much. BUT, if I have it on while she's in the house and awake, she can't stop watching and has a million questions. Lol. Go figure!
