Vintage Guitar magazine has opened archives to subscribers
« on: March 29, 2020, 03:05:02 PM »
Vintage Guitar magazine has opened their of back issues archives to subscribers.
Very nice of them. Alembic runs ads in their magazine. If you don't have a subscription, I don't think you can see them though...
Something more to do at home!

Nice catch !  I’m not a subscriber, but I can still page thru any issue listed, at least on my iPad. If Bass Player isn’t doing this, they should be.

I did read the article and had a smile when he is quoted as saying it can do everything the alembic does.
However, we know from his touring photos that appear on line and reviews by us after attending his concerts, that he is seen more with his Alembic than spellbinder so.... I guess the proof is still in the pudding,
I think I have seen him with the spellbinder twice, once he played it virtually all night and had the alembic and upright bass behind him waiting patiently and the other one he played his double bass mostly. But in more recent years I have seen him only with his Alembic and Double bass.

Thanks for the link.  Have passed it on - one reply from a guitarist said it was putting purchase temptation his way.  Lots of stuff to interest page turners in idle times.  Well done.
