I saw him with Stanley Clarke and Billy Cobham a few years ago at Yoshi’s.   Incredible show!

Just saw the headline.  The quartet of John Coltrane, McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison, and Elvin Jones is one of the all-time greats.  Deep appreciation for the music they gave us.

I was at the same show, Bill. It was amazing. Sad to hear the news today.
