Someone is selling 6 of the 750-LFC subs with rigging and covers on ebay for $36,000. Maybe they are cheaper by the dozen?

These weigh 102 lbs with the rigging. Not that bad for Meyer gear but even if I had the money to buy something like this I wouldn't want to have to move it.
Jazzy, Barefaced claims that the Big Twin II is the closest thing you are going to get to a Meyer rig without the weight or price tag so you are pretty well set.
I got the opportunity to play through a Meyer rig back in the late 90s when I shared a bass rig with Phil Lesh at a couple of benefits for his Unbroken Chain Foundation charity. Sounded amazing and the low end was deep and effortless, I had never experienced anything quite like it. Amazing gear if you are in a band that makes big bucks playing stadiums and has a crew to deal with moving the rig but we can all dream... dreaming is free and doesn't weigh anything. One of the perks of living in the Bay Area is that a lot of the venues have Meyer PAs installed, great for listening and even better if you playing.
