Persuader Pricing
« on: August 12, 2019, 08:34:33 AM »
Greetings. I inherited a persuader and am considering trading for an amp. What is the value of this 4 string bass in good condition?

Cheers!

top: Zebrawood
body: Mahogany
through body neck: 3-piece Maple, 32" medium scale
fingerboard: Ebony with pearloid inlays
birthday: November 9, 1985

Some pictures will help, but offhand, a Persuader model in good condition might start around $1700. That will get you quite an amp.

Thanks! Guess it might make more sense to sell it then buy the amp. It’s a mid 60s Bassman with cab. So probs not as valuable as the bass.

If your bass is pretty nice, are you're patient, it may fetch a little more. Post it for sale here if you like. Again, the pictures help. Zebrawood Persuaders or Spoilers are not very common.

Good luck, and Welcome Back.  :)
