Hello New Alembic owner here

Hi all,
I have been a long time admirer of Alembic basses and finally have the pleasure of owning one.  Thanks to a great dude and fellow Alembic owner I was able to snag a used Mark King Standard and it has changed everything I thought I knew about bass.
Looking forward to meeting people in the forum and discussing all things Alembic.

It is a beauty indeed and i hope you enjoy getting to know the bass. You may think its a great bass now but once you get the hang of it you will be more in awe of it and get a grasp of why these basses are held in such high regard. These basses are not one trick ponies.

Welcome Casey. You will most likely come to find this a very supportive community. We'll be glad to help you find your next purchase, as well as the one after that until one day.... a custom build. There is no escape. You will be assimilated.
