in that back bedroom alone with the Distillate as the power faded there were layers of distorted harmonics that was absolutely sublime... if I could put THAT effect into a switch/ peddle - oooh weee!!!  8)   ;D


Sadly that window of audio bliss is a short one.


 It's like seeing an iridescent hummingbird in the sunshine.
...or maybe a tiny dragon ;)

Around 1993 I ordered a new Alembic and Mica told me that they were working on the new SERIES 3 electronics for their 25 anniversary bass; I guess in the end it did not happen but she explained to me that they wanted to have stored sound settings in the electronics; for example Slap mode; Jaco sound mode etc...

That would have been cool!!! Mica give us an update?
