Rick Turner Model 27
« on: January 07, 2019, 02:18:16 AM »
Seven examples of an extremely scarce guitar. Said to have a run of four to seven.

The family portrait is from a small shop in Mitaka/Tokyo I visited a long time ago. The Model 27 was the first example I had and have ever seen and played. Exactly the level of craftsmanship that Rick has delivered for decades. It was very nice but the Model 2 kept me amused for over 2 hours. I dare say all of those Turners are still in Japan.

Welcome to the club, Zim!  I one of the M-27s listed on my reverb shop.  Very unique guitar.  Steep discount for Alembic forum members.
