Dr Who fans?
« on: October 09, 2018, 01:00:10 AM »
Did anyone notice that 8.2 million viewers watched the first episode of Dr Who with the first female incarnation of the doctor Jodie Whittaker?
Fortunately my cameo appearance in front of the camera with the doctor in the background was successfully kept out of the media prior to the start of the series otherwise who knows what the ratings would have been.  :o ;D ;D ::)

Hah! that's pretty cool V.  have to admit I've not watched Dr Who since David Tennant packed in. I Used to be terrified when it was Patrick Troughton but it started to get too silly for my taste in later years.

Oh nice man!!! :)
The bass player’s function, along with the drums, is to be the engine that drives the car… everything else is merely colours.

I've never been a fan. it was just one of those shows I could take or leave and usually only caught it if I happened to turn on the tv and it was on.
In recent years I have watched it more as my other half is a keen watcher and that's really since Chris Eccleston was in it. I think he has been my favourite in recent years followed by David Tennant.

I was terrified when Tom Baker played the doctor, but then I was at an impressionable age, and Tom Baker was uh - Tom Baker. Exterminate!

I'm so excited to have a female doctor to look up to! And that's pretty exciting that you got to be part of it :D

Hasn't any one told you that you aren't suppose to upstage the star?  ;)
We had a family friend growing up who made his living being an extra. Who knows this might be the start of a new career on the small screen for you.

It's only my second casting as an extra although I have been offered many they timing has not been right. But I will do more if I get offered interesting roles. Maybe I'll get more than about 2 seconds on screen.

It was a scene in a church for a funeral.
