The east coast has me down lately, largely due to the weather patterns we have these days. What seems like near constant rain the past two years, which has resulted in the property Im on (and also the surrounding areas) just being a swampy, muddy mess that you can't do anything on (really can't even mow the lawn), as well as a few other reasons have me longing for new digs.
A relative is putting pressure on me to just sell the place Im at and move out to CA, he's even scouting areas for me on line and sending me links to houses I might like.
Curious what the music scene is like in SoCal...For the sake of argument lets say I wind up in Zip 92065 which would put me within roughly an hour of some of the pharma/biotech companies I'd probably be employed at.
