That's a Phiga Casta.  I had one.   Phil's an interesting guy.   Check out his "crop circle" inlays.  I didn't like the neck.  It was a baseball bat.

There was one of those Phil claimed to have made for Bob Weir.  I had a Phiga BOLT for a while and agree Bill, the neck was like a baseball bat.  Super nicely made guitars though.
