I didn't use to live too far from the area where they are located back in the mid 70's.
As I've aged I've started thinking about carrying less weight so this one has been growing on me.

That is pure genius.  Alembic (who else) came up with the unrealized possibility of eliminating neck dive with an “outside the box” approach to material selection.  Now that I see it, they have found many simple yet very effective design changes... less tuners = less weight!  Is that bridge balsa wood?!
