Summer Colds / Allergies SUCK!

Just want you to know why I'm a little scarce just lately. Sorry folks. Last week I got hit hard with something. Could be a cold, allergies, or both. Mom followed a couple days behind me. We've been out sick all this week, and will come in for a few hours tomorrow. Working from home hasn't been very productive, so I'm behind on email communications and return phone calls (the phones going out today didn't help THAT matter one bit). However, summer's here, the little disease-vectors (as we call the children) have less chances to infect us all, so I'm hoping to back in good shape in the very near future.

The real bummer is that I couldn't go on Saturday to the Cannabis Cup and see ALO, G.Love, and PL&F.  So much sad.

Hey Mica... hope you and Susan both feel better soon! Cannabis Cup was probably a lot of fun, had another commitment that night and missed it, too.

Jen and I drove up to Guerneville on Monday, as we passed Todd Rd we joked about stopping at Alembic and making a large purchase...

I hear ya'... whether from cold, allergies, or more crazy side effects from the cocktail of meds I get every day now, something is making me cough my fool head off.

There is something similar going around the northeast as well.  People are out sick for a week, then it lingers with a cough and loss of voice for an additional week or two.  Some have developed walking pneumonia from it, so watch out for that.  Hope you and Susan feel better soon.

 Mica & family , I hope that you all feel better soon ! At my Dead Guise gig last friday our lead guitarist was feeling under the weather as well and on Tuesday the rhythm guitarist sent out an email stating that he is sick  . Last night my lungs started to get congested and I seem to be fighting an affliction or " Bug"now . The three of us  traveled in the same vehicle to our gig last Friday . I need to be careful to be ready for my Sunday Art Studio Music gig .  The Allergy issues seem to be relevant lately possibly . I have been ingesting local Honeybee Pollen to help with that . It is really delicious !

Yep, there's a nasty cold/flu of some sort going around Sonoma County--Jane and several friends all had it last week. Luckily for me I managed to avoid it. Hope you're back to 100% soon.

MidWest has it too.  I rarely get sick.
Started as sneezing, moved into a raw throat, then congested sinuses and ears, back into the throat with a mucousy cough.  Lingering symptoms for two weeks....  seems immune to my wife’s echinacea tincture.

It's here in Colorado, combined with the biggest crop of relentless pollen that I have ever seen. I am usually spared allergies, but this year has been really tough.

We had one virus after another from the beginning of October through May this year. It's been crazy. I accomplished many great things with a very high fever (including snatching a client from the jaws of deportation and playing the Denver Fillmore. Psychedelic experiences both.).
