Looks like a cool bass. What do you guys think about the price?

Bit high for a set neck Alembic. But that's just me.

I agree. I was thinking $2000.

I used to own it and I would think it's higher than $2,000. It's a custom bass that is flawless, not a scratch on it and it has Europa/Rogue electronics with the Q filter not the Orion with just tone controls. Basically it's a set neck Rogue.

Hey Darrell... where ya' been man?  ;D

I didn't know you had parted with that one until I saw it up on TalkBass Classifieds recently. It wasn't too far from me here in Virginia. I may be mis-remembering, but I'm almost sure you got this one from eBay after I posted it here. The custom 12th fret inlay sticks in my head for some reason.  :)

Good to see you around here again!

Hey Greg! I've been laying low, gigging once or twice a month. I traded that one for and Adamovic "The Dark" single cut 33" scale 5 that I really like. It has a really dark sound that sounds different than my other basses. Sometimes the 33" feels better on this old back and these old hands! Lol! I did some homework and that symbol at the 12th fret, is the symbol for lead. How are you doing?
