It seems that a certain set up person failed to record the birthday around this time. Not sure why, but I have to guess the birthday based on the finish records, and this bass came out of finish on September 20, 1990. Also, since this was a special order, the original owner's warranty card is listed the purchase date as October 6, 1990.
The original owner was located in Missouri.
